Which?: Energy companies failing to reveal their cheapest deals

Energy companies are failing to reveal their cheapest deals to potential customers who phone up to ask about them, according to the consumer organisation, Which?.

Researchers posing as customers, found that details of the lowest prices were not passed on in nearly a third of the calls they made.

Speaking to the BBC Richard Lloyd, Executive Director of Which? said, "The very least you should expect is when you ask for the cheapest deal, that is what you get."
