Labour row grounds Qantas flights

Thousands of Qantas passengers have been left stranded around the world, after the airline grounded all of its aircraft because of a labour dispute.

Qantas there would be no more domestic or international departures until trade unions reached an agreement.

The Australian government has referred the matter to an industrial tribunal.

Hundreds of people in the UK have been affected , as Joe Lynam reports.
