Polestar staff face winding down of their pensions

Thousands of Polestar employees and former staff will see their pension scheme end in the New Year.

The Pensions Regulator has issued a report into what went wrong and found that problems started when the printing company went into administration.

Despite separating its pension fund from the company in 2006, the zombie scheme has not worked and now 8,000 people are affected.
