Bob Diamond: Euro bank collapse conceivable

Barclays chief executive Bob Diamond has said that it is conceivable that a European bank could collapse in the current economic crisis.

Speaking ahead of his inaugural Today Business lecture, he said the issue was whether such an event could be managed without causing systemic risk to the European economy.
