'Economic risks worse' says ECB president Draghi

The new President of the European Central Bank (ECB) Mario Draghi has warned that the economic outlook was worsening as a result of the euro crisis.

He called for credible signals to be given to restore confidence.

He also called for a "comprehensive deepening" of fiscal ties.
