My Business: From banker to ice cream maker
As part of a BBC series about entrepreneurs around the world, Suzanne Batlle, 43, describes how she set up an ice cream store bringing the flavours of South America to Miami.
Inspired by her grandmother's tales of turning exotic fruits collected on her travels into ice cream, she decided to start up her own business after the 2008 financial crisis hit, giving up her job in banking.
