PM to discuss rising insurance costs

The prime minister is holding a summit at Downing Street to discuss the rising cost of car insurance.

David Cameron wants to clamp down on the growing number of false claims for compensation, which have helped push up the average car insurance bill by nearly a fifth in the past year.
