Federal Reserve to announce US economy policy

The Federal Reserve is due to give its report on the US economy, following a two-day policy meeting.

Analysts believe that any major shift in the central bank's policy is unlikely, although there could be some subtle adjustments based on which way it considers the economy is heading.
