Competition hurts profits at Singapore Airlines

Competition from Gulf airlines and budget carries are hurting profits at Singapore Airlines, the world's second-largest carrier.

Later on Wednesday it's due to report a large fall in profits for the first three months of this year.

Higher fuel prices are also eating into profit margins, as the BBC's Sharanjit Leyl reports.
