Under-25s to get work credits as incentives to get jobs
The minister for welfare reform has announced new incentives to help young people get into work.
Lord Freud's universal credits will be available to under-25s who are in work, as a way of showing that work will always pay more than benefits.
BBC Radio 5 live Wake Up To Money asked Gary Vaux, the head of money advice at Herfordshire County Council, if this was a way of tackling the problem of youth unemployment.
