The Indian government has launched the latest version of its Aakash device, billed as world's cheapest tablet computer, which it hopes will be used by millions of school children across the country.

The project was launched last year as part of the government's ambitious plans to improve education in the country, but has faced a lot of troubles with very few tablets reaching schools so far.
