Cathay Pacific in $120.6m loss, hit by higher fuel cost

Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific reported a first-half net loss in profits as global economic uncertainty sapped demand.

The airline lost HK$935m ($120.6m; £77.2m) in the six months to June as the global airline industry grappled with stubbornly high jet fuel prices, falling passenger yields and lower freight volume. The BBC's Juliana Liu reports from Hong Kong.
