Kingfisher struggles to stay airborne

The Indian government has grounded the entire fleet of Kingfisher Airlines, after engineers refused to certify that the planes are safe for take-off.

Its engineers went on strike last Friday, on claims they have not been paid.

This latest setback adds to a long list of recent woes facing the billionaire founder Vijay Mallya. Where did he go wrong with Kingfisher?
