China-Japan row casts shadow over IMF and World Bank meeting

The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank hold their annual meeting in Tokyo this week, where spurring global growth is one of the main talking points.

However, rising tensions between China and Japan over a disputed territory in the East China Sea are threatening to overshadow the meeting.
