Asian food security 'is a major issue'

As global food prices continue to rise, there are concerns about the impact on Asia.

The region is home to a large number of poor people and many countries import a substantial amount of their food supplies.

Tony Nash, managing director of IHS Global Insight, told the BBC's Asia Business Report that food security "is a major issue" for the region's economies.
