Christchurch re-build years away

Christchurch city centre, in New Zealand, used to be home to 6,000 businesses. But a devastating earthquake two years ago saw many businesses relocate to the suburbs and business parks.

There are radical plans to re-develop the city centre, but critics complain that it is taking too long.

About 50% of businesses say that they are unlikely to return to the centre.

As the BBC's Greg Ward reports, it could be up to 15 years before the city's business community makes a full recovery.
