Asia 'emerging as musical leader'

David Foster, who has composed songs for stars such as Celine Dion and Madonna says Asian popular music is starting to make a global impression.

He says that musicians such as South Korean pop star Psy, the man behind Gangnam Style, show that Asian acts do not need to follow the lead of Western artists.

The BBC's Rico Hizon asked Mr Foster what it would take for Asian artists to find success in the West.
