PPI unwanted sales calls and texts

The UK's banking industry faces a monumental bill for the past mis-selling of payment protection insurance (PPI).

There is a new growth in claims management companies and unregulated claims handlers.

Many of these companies contact customers by texts, emails or phone calls, claiming they are in line for a big PPI payment.
