Energy UK: 'Companies already taken steps to simplify tariffs'

Christine McGourty from Energy UK says the energy companies have already been taking steps to simplify tariffs.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast she said, "People like to understand their choices and that is where companies have really been making a difference."

Energy Secretary Ed Davey will detail later how it intends to force energy firms to offer customers the lowest suitable tariff.
