Fishing talks 'good outcome for UK seas'

The UK government has described the outcome of talks in Brussels on EU fish conservation measures as "good for the health of the seas".

Fisheries minister Richard Benyon told BBC News that the current Cod Recovery Plan had failed to deliver and feared cuts to cod fishing had been resisted.
