John Lewis 'to invest more in 2013'

The John Lewis Partnership is to invest "more money than ever" according to the company's managing director.

Andy Street told BBC News that although they were only due to open one new shop in 2013, regional flagships in Birmingham and Leeds were scheduled to open the following year, and he was optimistic about the economic outlook.
