EU seeks new entrepreneurs to create future growth

As Europe struggles to deal with high levels of unemployment, the authorities in Brussels believe that the key to economic growth is encouraging many more people to set up a business.

The European Union's industry commissioner, Antonio Tajani, is preparing plans for a new drive to boost business start-ups, but are such official initiatives well placed to create new companies and bring new jobs?
