'Shaky foundations' behind job figures, says Labour

The headline figures of a fall in the number of people out of work is hiding "shaky foundations" to the economy Labour say.

Unemployment fell by 37,00 between September and November to 2.49 million official figures showed.

Shadow work and pensions secretary Liam Byrne told BBC News the figures "aren't all that meets the eye".
