North Korea sanctions 'not working' effectively

North Korea's latest nuclear test has been widely condemned by the UN and others, and could trigger the imposition of even more stringent sanctions on its economy.

The BBC's Sharanjit Leyl talked to John Yohan Kim, of the Choson Exchange, a non-profit organisation that helps young North Koreans by sharing business and economic knowledge with them.

He said the sanctions imposed on North Korea are not working effectively.
