Call for annual energy renewal notice

Energy customers need an annual renewal notice to enable them to better shop around, according to Ann Robinson from uSwitch

The notice would work in a similar fashion to car insurance where people can compare quotes.

Ms Robinson made the suggestion after British Gas reported a rise in profits for 2012 of 11%.
