How are High Street winners and losers?

UK retail sales grew at their fastest rate in more than three years in February, contrasting with the poor fortunes of some High Street brands which have struggled or gone into administration.

The British Retail Consortium said like-for-like retail sales were up 2.7% on the previous year, the fastest like-for-like sales growth since December 2009.

Retail consultant Kate Hardcastle explained to the BBC's Steph McGovern why some businesses had prospered whilst others had failed.
