Budget 2013: 'One of the hardest places to find work'

Residents on the Orchard Park estate in Hull say it is one of the hardest places in the UK to find a job.

The city has the highest number of people claiming jobseeker's allowance in the UK while the Orchard Park estate is its most deprived ward.
