Pilot scheme tackles long-term sickness leave

A pilot scheme in Leicestershire is helping people who have to take sick leave return to work within weeks, when they could otherwise have faced long-term absence.

After developing problems with his shoulder a few weeks into a new job in a warehouse, Carl Lightbown was referred to the Fit For Work pilot, and returned to work in just four weeks.
