In urban India just one in every four women goes out to work, with social attitudes and a lack of opportunities partly to blame.

But a shortage of good childcare also means many women have no option but to stay at home.

More companies are providing on site services for their employees - but their numbers remain very low, as Yogita Limaye reports.
