What challenges for new BoE governor Mark Carney?

The new governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney, takes up his post on Monday and many people are hoping that he will arrive with a bag of special tricks that will allow him to find the growth that has otherwise eluded the UK.

The Today programme's Evan Davis asks whether this is really within his power.

Evan went to Bradford on Avon to visit a company called Anthony Best Dynamics. He heard that there is a lot that the governor can do, although it is probably not just a matter of pumping up the economy with yet more quantitative easing.
