US awaits crucial jobs numbers

It is arguably the most important economic indicator for the US.

The world's biggest economy will release its jobs data later on Friday and estimates show about 180,000 staff were added to company payrolls last month.

While that brings good news for the US economy, there are also a growing number of people who have been jobless for a long time.

The BBC's Mariko Oi has been talking to a group of people about what it's like to try to find work in today's US jobs market.
