S Korea to restart $8bn fighter jet bidding

South Korea is set to restart the bidding process for its biggest arms purchase program.

The country is looking to buy nearly $8bn (£5bn) worth of fighter jets. But in a surprise move, it has rejected bids by aerospace giants Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
