Asia markets are 'excessively regulated'
It's been five years since the global financial crisis - which began after US investment firm Lehman Brothers collapsed.
Since then regulators have looked to prevent a similar meltdown from ever occurring again.
But is there such a thing as too many rules?
The BBC's Leisha Chi posed that question to Mark Austen, the head of the Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, a lobby group that works with financial institutions across the region.
