Buses in Rwanda used to teach IT skills

Since 2009 the Rwanda Development Board has been taking buses, equipped with computers and a generator, around the country to try to bridge the so-called "digital divide" between people living in towns and those living in rural areas.

Richard Muragijimana works on the bus, teaching people basic computer skills.
