Co-op Bank scandal: Government 'favoured' Lloyds TSB bid

Lord Levene, who led the rival bid to buy 632 branches, says Mervyn King - former Governor of the Bank of England - told him a political decision was made to back the Co-op bid.

Joe Lynam reports.
