'Horrific stories' - RBS report author, Lawrence Tomlinson

A report that accuses Royal Bank of Scotland of forcing businesses to default on debt is published in full today.

On Sunday, the business secretary, Vince Cable, said the report had been passed onto regulators.

Government business adviser Lawrence Tomlinson compiled the report and outlined his findings to BBC Breakfast News.
