RBS account problems: Your story

An estimated 750,000 RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank customers were unable to use their credit and debit cards for three hours on Monday.

NatWest customer Rick Yates in Bristol said he was unable to pay for a meal at a restaurant and pay for goods online.

He has experienced a number of problems in his 12 years as a NatWest customer.

As a result, he told BBC News that he plans to change banks.
