Regulator tries to curb Turkey's soaring credit card debt

Spending on credit has become a problem for many countries - and it's becoming a big headache for Turkey.

Credit card lending there has almost doubled since 2010 - with many struggling to keep up their payments.

The country's banking watchdog has just launched a raft of measures to curb the problem - but will they work?
