Will Tanzania's new stock exchange platform help start-ups?

Tanzania's Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange has launched a new platform to bring smaller businesses and investors together.

It is meant to help start-up companies and SMEs get access to much-needed capital, and close a gap in funding which commercial banks often fail to provide.
