Low satisfaction for 'Big Six' energy firms

The consumer group Which? says that less than half of customers are happy with the service provided by their energy companies.

The so called 'Big Six' energy firms including Npower, British Gas and Scottish Power, performed worse than last year in the survey which also saw the small independent providers doing well at the top of the table.

Dale Vince, from smaller energy firm Eco-tricity, says that his company takes a different approach to customer service.
