Are enough new jobs being created?
The world economy may be on the rebound but the job market is yet to recover. That's according to the International Labour Organization's (ILO) latest report on global employment trends.
The study indicates not enough new jobs are being created to keep up with a growing labour force.
Almost 202 million people across the globe were unemployed last year. That's 5 million more than in 2012.
And the ILO predicts unemployment will continue to rise, with more than 215 million people seeking jobs by 2018.
Phu Huynh, a labour economist with the ILO, spoke to the BBC from Bangkok.
