The fading future for Nigeria's indigo dyers

BBC News has been looking at jobs around the world which used to be fairly commonplace but are now vanishing.

In Nigeria the ancient form of tie-dye is struggling to keep up with the modern textile industry and the security threat from insurgents, keeping tourists away.

The dyeing process, which is done by hand, is as meticulous today as it was centuries ago.
