Dubai's Libyan business community face choice

Libyans who have carved out businesses in Dubai are casting their votes for an assembly to draft a national constitution in their homeland.

It is hoped that the charter will help to bring democracy and peace to Libya, three years since the start of the revolution that overthrew Colonel Gaddafi.

But with continuing violence and oil port blockades, can a new constitution really help to bring back stability?
