Can Mali's musicians revive tourism?

Mali used to attract hundreds of thousands of foreign tourists to its world-famous music events every year, providing much-needed jobs and revenue.

The recent conflict, in which armed groups took control of the north of the country, all but destroyed the tourism sector.

Now, in a bid to persuade tourists to return, Mali has staged its biggest cultural event since the conflict - the Festival sur le Niger.
