Why Kosovo and Western Balkans need foreign investment

Prime ministers from countries of the Western Balkans are in London to try to promote foreign investment in the region.

They are hoping to tempt investors to countries like Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia, with opportunities in sectors such as energy and transport.

But they are aware that a history of conflict and questions over the investment climate might be putting off some potential investors.
