Sumithra Debi explains 'feminine approach' to tattooing
International Women's Day is being marked around the world this weekend.
In Asia, small and medium-size businesses are the backbone of many economies - and more women than ever before are at the helm, starting their own businesses and continuing family trades.
Sumithra Debi is the third-generation owner of her family's tattoo shop, and she says being a woman in a typically "macho" industry has helped her attract clients.
"Being a woman in an industry it's easier for even guys to approach me," she says.
