Voices from West Lothian: 'We are worse off as economy recovers'
The British Chambers of Commerce has predicted the size of the economy will be bigger by this summer than it was at its peak in 2008, before the financial crisis.
It also said millions of workers should also see their wages grow faster than rising prices.
