Evgeny Lebedev launches London Live TV channel

Evgeny Lebedev launches a new TV channel, London Live, on Monday.

Appearing on the Andrew Marr Show on BBC1, he said he hoped it would create jobs and be a "platform" for new talent to emerge.

He also said that the Independent newspaper could be for sale if somebody offered "the right price".
