Credit Suisse could face New York tax probe

Credit Suisse could be in the regulators' firing line.

New York's Superintendent of Financial Services, Benjamin Lawsky, has reportedly demanded to see some of the Swiss bank's documents.

The probe would look into whether Credit Suisse lied to New York authorities about creating tax shelters for wealthy Americans.
