Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg on helping small businesses

Chief operating officer of Facebook Sheryl Sandberg has been speaking at the company's first European "SME client council" in Dublin.

The initiative was set up to help Facebook executives and small businesses cooperate in improving links with social media and advertising.

Speaking to business executives from the UK and Ireland, Ms Sandberg said: "Our missions are inextricably tied."

The BBC's Steph McGovern went to meet her to talk about Facebook's target advertising and the Facebook of the future.
